A matter of taste
Made out of a hangar and surrounded by green spaces, Proef is a little “city-farm” with a relaxed atmosphere, with a veggie garden and hens scratching about in the yard.
You can eat inside or outside, picnic-style, armed with with baskets and blankets. Every ingredient is strictly fresh, organic and local, like the vegetables and the edible flowers and herbs coming from the garden and used in the cocktails.
Behindis this all is the highly creative mind of food designer Marije Vogelzang, well-known for her crazy and bizzarre tasting performances. Far from being a simple restaurant, Proef is a convivial experience.
