A TASTE OF BOMBAY
In Bollywood, dishoom is the sound effect produced when a hero lands a good punch, or when a bullet flies through the air. In London, it’s the name of a brand new Bombay-style café whose faded and relaxed elegance – made of dark wood, old photos and movie posters – pays hommage to the past of the Indian city; but food is where the taste of Bombay really is, between a sip of chai and a biryani.
