RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Information regarding the right of withdrawal (ex Article 49, paragraph 1, letter (h) of Legislative Decree 206/2005 "Consumer Code").
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase, without penalty and without specifying any reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
In case of multiple purchases made by the customer with just one order and delivered separately, the period of 14 days starts from the date of receipt of the last product.
The buyer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must notify Medialab Srl by means of an explicit statement that can be transmitted by registered letter or by accessing the section "my account" at www.slowear.com with the creation of a file. The buyer must also exercise the right of withdrawal by sending any explicit statement containing the decision to withdraw from the contract clicking here

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
Following the withdrawal from this contract, Medialab Srl will reimburse the payments already made for the purchase of the goods by the buyer without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days, except for the expected bank transaction timings, from the day the goods will be delivered in warehouse and confirmed their integrity.
The costs of delivering the package and possible customs duties expected in non-EU countries (Switzerland and Norway) will not be refunded and will continue to be the responsibility of the customer. Slowear will take charge of the shipping costs and customs duties of the returns from the United States.
The refunds will be made using the same means of payment as used by the customer during the purchase, unless established otherwise.
In any case, the customer will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. The refund will be suspended until the receipt by Medialab Srl of the products subject to the refund or until the customer can demonstrate the dispatch of the goods, if earlier.
The customer is required to return or deliver the products without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day he or she announced his or her intention to withdraw from the purchase agreement.
The Products must be returned:
- correctly packed in their original packaging, not spoilt, damaged or dirty, and complete with all accessories, operating instructions and documentation;
- complete with the receipt issued at the time of the opening of the refund file, so as to allow Medialab Srl to identify the customer (Order number, name, surname and address)
- without any obvious signs of use, except those that are compatible with performing a normal test of the article (they should not show signs of use that is prolongued or in any case exceeds the time required for a test and shall not be in such a state as to prevent their resale).
If the returned product does not comply with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the withdrawal will not take effect.
The costs of returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer.
