Three Denim Variations

Three Denim Variations

Dark and raw or worn and faded: what’s your favourite jeans style?

T

he most fascinating feature of denim is its ability to transform, to have many different lives, to metamorphosise reflecting the wearer’s character, so much so that our favorite jeans are often the ones that have "aged" with us, like a second skin that we’d never want to part with.
Each pair of jeans tells a story made up of many chapters, which starts from the humble origins of this solid cotton canvas created for workwear, continues with its transformation into a fashion icon and ends with the interpretations that each one of us gives to this a timeless, ageless garment.

Denim according to Incotex
The denim five pocket trousers from Incotex incorporate all the original jeans features - the metal rivets, the pocket layout, the comfortable and sturdy architecture – in a cleaner and more sophisticated version. For the FW18 season we picked three variations exploring the classic indigo color spectrum and experimenting with new colors.
The blue palette ranges from dark, nearly raw unwashed jeans designed to be worn and lived in for a long time to the essential medium-washed, slightly faded denim, paired with the clean appearance of the slim fit. An interesting variation is offered by our teal denim five pockets, which exude a delicate vintage effect thanks to the medium-washed fabric.
