Pursuant to Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, no. 196 (Personal Data Protection Code), we hereby inform you that the personal data you have voluntarily made available will be processed in accordance with the legislation applicable to the protection of personal data and, in any event, the principles of confidentiality that govern the Company's activity:
1. Purpose of the processing
The personal data you provide to Slowear Spa may be used to: (a) grant and manage your subscription/registration to the Site; (b) manage and carry out any orders and/or purchase proposals for our products and/or supply of services relating to the sale; (c) grant and manage your application to register for our Fidelity Card programme, as well as for delivering related services (d) for the sending of information and commercial communications, including of a promotional nature (our newsletter included), advertising materials and/or product offers, by any means (known or not) including but not limited to post, Internet, telephone, e-mail, MMS, SMS. (e) allow the preparation and completion of statistical research and market surveys, as well as the analysis of consumer tastes, preferences, habits, needs and choices by Slowear S.p.A.
2. Processing method
Your personal data will be processed by means of suitable paper, electronic and/or telematic tools, with logics strictly adapted to the above purposes and, in any rate, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data themselves.
3. Providing the data and consequences of an eventual refusal
With reference to the purposes outlined in the paragraph above. 1 sections (a) and (b), the transfer of your personal data is mandatory. Should you refuse and/or provide incorrect and/or incomplete information this may make the following impossible:
- your subscription/registration on the Site;
- the management and performance of any of your orders and/or proposals for purchases of goods and/or the provision of services relating to the sale.
- The registration of our Fidelity Card programme;
- the performance of the so-called marketing activities;
- the performance of so-called profiling activities.
4. Place of data processing and data communication
The processing relating to the web services of this site is carried out at the aforesaid head office of Slowear SpA by in-house staff specifically appointed for data processing and on the premises of the partners selected for delivering the service, specially appointed as external managers for the data processing. No datum from the web service is disseminated, but the same data can be transferred to third parties through the above managers, even outside the European community for specific processing (payment management, logistics).
6. Rights of the data subject
With respect to the said processing you may exercise the rights pursuant to Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, no. 196 By sending a special written request to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org addressed to the attention of the data controller.

ART. 7 / RIGHT OF ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA AND OTHER RIGHTS
1. The data subject is entitled to obtain confirmation of whether personal data - even if still not registered - concerning him exist ornot and to have such data communicated in intelligible form.
2. The data subject is entitled to obtain the indication:
a. of the source of the personal data;
b. of the purposes and methods of the processing;
c. of the logic applied in the case of processing by means of electronic instruments;
d) of the identity of the controller, processors, and the designated representative in the meaning of Article 5, paragraph 2; e) the parties or categories of parties to whom personal data may be disclosed or who may come to have knowledge of it as designated representative in the territory of the State or as data processors.
3. The person concerned has the right to obtain:
a. updating or rectification - that is to say, when he has an interest, the inclusion of further details;
b) the cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data of which the preservation is unnecessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;
(c) the attestation that the transactions referred to in points (a) and (b), including their content, have been brought to the knowledge of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where the fulfillment of this obligation is impossible or involves the use of resources manifestly disproportionate to the right protected.
4. The data subject is entitled to object, in whole or in part:
a) on legitimate grounds to the processing of his/her personal data - even if the data is relevant for the purpose of their collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning himself/herself for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for market surveys or commercial communication .
