Returns and Refunds
To request a return for orders placed before 14th October 2024, please follow this procedure:
If you are not happy with your order, you may return it no later than 30 days after delivery (days are calculated on the basis of proof of delivery). You can make your request by contacting our customer service: support@slowear.com
In the meantime, you may use the return label inside the package to return items. Place the products in packaging, ideally the original packaging. If you return the product from a non-EU country, remember to fill in the pro forma invoice and stick it on the outside of the parcel, inside a transparent envelope. Attach the return label to the outside of the parcel, covering the previous label. Contact DHL to arrange collection of the parcel:

Slowear will refund the price of the purchased products, withholding the cost of your return shipping costs.

If you need to return your purchase, please note that you have 30 days from receipt of your order to complete the return procedure.
Please note that, in order to avail yourself of the right of cancellation, you must comply with these simple conditions in order to obtain a refund of the amount paid by you at the time of purchase:

The return request must be completed online no later than thirty days after the date of delivery. If no communication takes place within this timeframe, your request will be rejected.

The products must be returned in a single package and, if possible, in the packaging it was delivered in. Returns of products belonging to the same order sent at two different times will not be accepted.

The products must be sent back intact and must not have been used or damaged.

The products must be sent back together with the guarantee seal. Therefore, if you try on a garment, we request that you do not remove the guarantee seal: products returned without this seal will not be accepted.
Access the Returns Portal. Please enter your order number and the email address used to make the purchase. Indicate the reason for the return and the quantity you wish to return. You will have several methods of return at your disposal:

Standard return
Select this option to create a return label and return the items with the shipping service of your choice at your expense.

Convenient prepaid return
Select this option to create a return label and return with DHL Road taking advantage of our negotiated discounted rates €5.00
Please note: You do not have to pay the prepaid postage separately, as it will be deducted from the refund due to you. By using the return shipping slip, you consent to the deduction of the return shipping costs from the refund due to you

Express prepaid return
Select this option to create a return label and return with DHL taking advantage of our negotiated discounted rates €7.00

In-store return
If you decide to return your order to the Store, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 30 working days of receipt of the delivery. Go to one of our selected national points of sale to return the items. The refund will be issued within and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt and acceptance of the return, and will always be made using the same payment method chosen when the order was placed. The point of sale is not obliged to return the amount of your return in cash.
Non-acceptance of returns by Slowear
In the event that the above-mentioned conditions are not met or the returned products are found to be damaged or used, Slowear reserves the right not to accept the return. In this case, you can choose to receive the purchased products again, but you will have to pay the shipping costs. It will not be possible to refuse the sent shipment thereafter.
Returns of orders from countries other than those to which they were delivered will not be accepted.
Refund timing
A refund of the total price of the products will be made no later than 5 days after receipt of the shipment. The refund time varies depending on the payment method you use.
