As of 2022, Slowear has changed its bylaws to become a Benefit Corporation.
As a Benefit Corporation, the company intends to pursue, in addition to its own profit, purposes of common benefit for the environment, the territory and people.

The Board of Directors
PAOLO FERRIN - Chairman
With more than 40 years of experience in tax and corporate consulting, business crisis management, and extraordinary corporate transactions, Paolo Ferrin has been on the Board of Directors since the founding of Slowear and has been its Chairman since 2023. In parallel, he conducts the activity of Financial Advisor and Administrator for companies in different sectors.
PIERO BRAGA - Chief Executive Officer
After consolidated experiences in the retail and wholesale sector in Zegna, Tod's and in recent years in Gucci, as Executive Vice President of the Indirect Channels, Outlets and Travel retail division, Piero Braga will hold the role of Slowear's CEO from May 2023. His goal is to lead the new corporate course, nurturing and accelerating Slowear's development plan, both on the retail and distribution fronts.
GIORGIO DEL PIANO - Board Member
After a degree in Chemical Engineering, Giorgio Del Piano began his fruitful path in the world of fashion, which would see him in the 1980s and 1990s General Manager of Bolgheri and CEO of the Ermenegildo Zegna Group. Since the early 2000s he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Slowear, for which he also served as chairman in 2021.
MONICA MARSILLI - Board Member
After a double major in Marketing and International Business, Monica Marsilli began her experience in the retail world at Bergdorf Goodman in New York City. Back in Italy, she will work for more than 10 years in the Gucci Group and then she will be Buying and Merchandising Director in la Rinascente. In 2018 she will return to Gucci with the role of VP Global General Merchandising Manager. Since May 2023 he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Slowear.
STEFANO MIGLIORINI - Board Member
Stefano Migliorini is a Partner and member of the Investment Committee of NUO Capital. After a degree from Bocconi University, an MBA from INSEAD and a PLD from Harvard Business School, he gained 17 years of experience in private equity, serving as a board member in companies in different sectors, including HIG Capital. His career in investment banking began at Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch.
STEFANO SASSI - Board Member
After a degree in Economics at Luigi Bocconi University and a Master in Business Administration at SDA Bocconi, he embarked on a long career in the fashion and luxury world, which will see him - among other positions - CEO of Marzotto, General Manager and member of the Board of Cerruti and CEO for over twenty years of Valentino. Since 2020 he has been a member of the Board of Slowear.
